I'm Diego Samudio, a multidisciplinary designer and artist, and a proud graduate of Florida State University with a degree in Art and Design (Summer 2024). With a deep-rooted passion for design, my creative journey has been profoundly influenced by my family's legacy in architecture, particularly through the work of my grandfather, a renowned restorer of historic buildings in Cartagena, Colombia.

I developed a keen appreciation for craftsmanship, culture, and the stories that spaces and objects can tell. My love for blending tradition with contemporary aesthetics is evident in all my work, from product design to visual art. In addition to my studies, I had the incredible opportunity to study abroad in London, where I specialized in book design—a discipline that further honed my eye for detail and narrative.

My designs aim to evoke emotion, with a focus on subtlety, minimalism, and elegance. Whether it's creating a physical product like my handcrafted speaker stands or curating a digital experience, my goal is to create work that resonates on a deeper, more meaningful level. My portfolio showcases a range of projects including album cover designs, experimental photography, and product design, all of which reflect my passion for merging function with artistic expression.
